Head Coach - Men's Tennis|
The Bellarmine University Department of Athletics is seeking well-qualified individuals for its Head Men's Tennis Coach. The position is responsible for the management and administration of all activities related to an NCAA Division II athletic program and will interact effectively and appropriately with student-athletes, parents, alumni, faculty, administrators, peers, and community members. The Head Coach is fully responsible for compliance with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules and regulations as well as Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) rules and University policies governing intercollegiate athletics.
- Player Development - practice planning and skill development, game management, attention to academics, and commitment to community service.
- Recruitment and retention of academically and athletically qualified student-athletes
- Oversight of all administrative responsibilities - scheduling, team travel, budget, ordering of team apparel, securing practice times, etc.
- Other duties as requested by the Director of Athletics/Designee.

The candidate must have an understanding of Bellarmine's mission and philosophy in relation to care of and development of the whole person.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and three to five years of high level coaching.
One to three years of head coaching experience at the collegiate level is preferred.
Playing experience at the collegiate level is preferred.
