Nobles seeks an experienced teacher of English for a one-year position, in the Upper School, teaching three or four sections to begin in late August 2022. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, exemplary pedagogy and teaching skills, and experience teaching in a rigorous academic setting. Enthusiasm for working in an independent school setting and desire to embrace the school mission and values. A Bachelorís degree is required; an advanced degree with an appropriate focus is preferred. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic department whose members are passionate about ideas, teaching, and developing positive student-teacher relationships and engaged, ethical citizens and leaders.
