Senior Manager, Payer Yield Continuous Process Improvement PSJH - Kadlec Pfs at Revenue Cycle Business Services



The Senior Manager, Payer Yield Continuous Process Improvement on the Payer Yield Operations Support team is responsible for assisting in the development of a continuous process improvement strategic plan, in partnership with the Director, Ops Support and AVP, Denials and Underpayments, Payer Yield GVP, and other Payer Yield AVP's, that will result in improvements in areas that impact net revenue cash flow and performance efficiency, meeting defined strategic goals and objectives. The role will review current state business practices, processes, policies, and procedures, identifying optimization opportunities, and will drive change in partnership with the appropriate stakeholders, ensuring change implementation is consistent enterprise wide. The Senior Manager will regularly collaborate with Payer Yield operational leadership to document all aspects of each proposed change, ensure measurable results are achieved, and regularly report out to Payer Yield leadership. The role may lead a team of analysts, specialists, coordinators, and project managers supporting change improvement implementation in Payer Yield.



Required qualifications:




  • A minimum of seven (7) years' experience in a medical business office setting is required. Knowledge in reimbursement of health care accounts from insurance companies.


  • A minimum of seven (7) years experience in a healthcare organization is required.



Preferred qualifications:




  • Bachelor's Degree Relevant area of expertise such as business, finance, health care administration or equivalent education/experience


  • 5 years Prior project or program management related experience.


  • 5 years Prior continuous process improvement related experience.
