Future of James Brown holiday events may be in question (352 hits)

http://wrdw.videogenesis.net/watch?v=12936
I heard Sharpton on the radio talking about how they fought to stop Brotha James statue from being put up here in augusta, and how they wouldn't let him play in his own city back in the day, but now those same businesses and people own and operate businesses right on James Brown Blvd. The precinct is on James Brown Blvd. Now thats some justice for you. Those lines were so long, it was ridiculous. Thank God for people like that who were able to help the less fortunate and carry on in his name. Now his estate say they will not contribute any further. Thats just SAD! but Sharpton is on the case, so we will keep you posted. RIP. Brotha James! We Miss You.
